Goodmorning Fitness Fanatics! Anyone else think it feels like a Monday? I sure do haha. Im sitting here at work trying to remind myself the weeks already half done! Let go!
So here a nice morning cardio blast for any of you looking to shed some serious calories this AM. For this working, you perform 5 rounds for time. The workout is called “Built For Speed”
Burpees x10
Pushups x10
Ball Slams x10
Kettlebell Swing x10
Jump Rope x100
5 round took me 15 minutes.

Man I’m out of breath just thinking about doing that in 15 minutes! LOL
BTW I totally thought it was Monday almost all day! Can’t even tell you how many times I got the day wrong.
