Getting down on leg day! WOOHOOO! Starting this week off right. UT in the AM, Legs 3 hours after that. If you happen to be hitten legs today, think about giving this workout a try. I’m testing a new experiment on myself with my training. I am stacking my 5/3/1 training with Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size routine which both center around periodization and cycling reps. Today was my first day of it so let’s see how things go!

It definitely made it a challenge. It fired up my core more then anything to be honest. The constant banging of the chains hitting the ground and snapping back up was getting me amped at the beginning but quickly got on my nerves LOL
