Goodmorning everyone! Let’s get after it today!!!!
So today is my LAST first day of college
. I return for my second semester of my senior year today and I’m ready to get after it! I schedule my classes so I have everything on Tuesdays and THursdays. THis way I get everything done in one shot. With that though, my workouts on Tuesday and THursday get a little rushed :/ . Regardless, let’s do work!!!
SO this morning I got up and had my normal dieting breakfast of 1 cup egg whites mixed into an omlet with 1 handful of leafy spinach. I shared that with a bowl of 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 1 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder and cinnamon. YUM! Pop down my Universal ANimal PAK multivitamin and I’m ready to rock! I’m packing my meals right now for a day of classes and things are just about to get underway. Remember everyone PROPER PREPERATION PREVENTS PISS POOR PERFORMANCE so sometimes that means staying up a little later, or waking up a little earlier to prepare things, but it will always pay off. I’m very excited to get this second semester going and also today is my first day of mixing 5/3/1 training with Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut To Size so thats very exciting!
