Good afternoon everyone! I hope you all had a safe and fun Friday night and are performing something fitness related today! I just got back from a little “Vanity for Sanity” workout aka ARMS! This workout really kicked my butt but I loved it! If you happen to be hitting arms today, give this BLAST a try

NOW DOWN TO BUSINESS! Today marks week 4 of the competition going on in my gym! This competition has been so much fun and we have all really been giving it our all to date. I’m going to take a few minutes to check my progress throughout this 4 week period.
“Bench Press 275 LB -working on it. benched 230 for 3 on Tuesday
Deadlift 405 LB -Growing, hit 340 yesterday for 3
Squat 365 LB -Gaining, hit 310 for 2 on Monday
Box Jump 60 Inches Getting there LOL. Been doing alot of weighted vest work
Beef up my calves! -ehhh
Be 100% muscle, Physically Dominant, shred down to 6%-8% Body Fat! (TELL ME I CAN’T!)
Attend at least 2 UT sessions a week. check
Weight Train at least 5 days a week try 6….check
Perform at least 2 HIIT sessions a week check
Nail Handstand Pushups YES! This week banged them out!
Nail Muscle Ups getting closer
Nail Double Unders trying LOL
Complete my personal trainer’s course in April Just waiting for the test now
Be prepared in all aspects to top the Tough Mudder and finish Top 20 in the 2013 Spartan Race.

Things are looking good so far
If I do say so myself. I’ve got 20 more weeks to go before hopefully I’m walking away with $2200! (Fingers Crossed)
I took some progress shots today, still sitting around 180 which is nice.

Also guys, one more thing to note is the importance of progress pics. It’s tough to actually see progress just by visualization due to the fact that you see yourself everyday. By taking pics along the way, you can see bit by bit how you are doing. GO SNAP THAT PROGRESS PIC!

Seriously man it’s ridiculous! I kill my calves, every time! Sometimes they won’t stop twitching on their own for a half hour after I’m done, but nothing! At least I’m not alone. haha
