Goodmorning everyone! I hope you all are having an awesome morning and will continue that vibe deep into the afternoon
Wednesday Morning means UT Bootcamp so the grind started real early this morning. 4:30 AM as most of you probably know.
This mornings workout was more of a technique building workout. The workout is named “Hortman” and what it involved is:
45 min AMRAP
Row/Run 800 M
This workout was good, not so much intense, but a good cardiovascular workout. I attempted about 30 muscleups and came close to completing about TWO haha. I was a little upset but I will do more reading up on the technique and nail it in the near future! Give this workout a try
After a nice protein filled breakfast, I headed back to the gym to hit up back and biceps. No 5/3/1 movements for Back and Biceps so it was straight to Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size
