Continuously challenging yourself mentally and physically to keep yourself in check and fighting. Keeping that hustle hungry and something to work for. Let’s get after it!!
So yesterday I never got to post my deadlift workout so without further ado let me throw that workout up for all you guys to take a little peak and possibly give it a try

Great deadlifting workout and I was AMPED about the PR on the box jumps! Need to keep flying! This morning I worked from 6:30-1 so I got to get my vanity for sanity on around 2ish. This workout was CRAZY! If your looking for an insane pump in your biceps and triceps, give this workout a shot.

THis listed above is all setted together so you move from one exercise right to the next for 5 rounds. Insane right?? If you feel like cutting it down a bit, you can choose maybe 2-3 of the exercises and lower the reps

BOOM! I’m done! Pooped, exhausted. I just came home and gorged on some shredded chicken and sweet potatoes. Feels too good. Love the feeling of a great burn. Thankfully tomorrow is a rest day and time to rest, recoup, and recover for a big week ahead
