Hey everyone! How’s your day going !? I hope you are all doing awesome! I just got back from my workout so lets get into today’s topics!
So last night I got called into work at 6 PM This was a bummer because I am definitely a morning person so when 6 starts to roll around I somewhat start winding down for the night. Regardless, duty called and I was on for 6 PM. I needed to get two more meals in be between 5:30 PM and 10 PM and my macros called for one meal containing Protein/Fats/Veggies and another containing just Protein/Veggies. Seeing this awesome opportunity to mix things up, I scrambled up a WHOLE EGG Omlet!
I was so excited because I haven’t had a whole egg since I started my diet. I normally never cut whole eggs but due to the fact that I have never experienced a diet without the inclusion of whole eggs, I figured I would give it a shot. After 5 weeks whole egg less, I have seen some solid results but it was time to hit the macros so I scrambled up 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of kale, and 1 handful of leafy spinach. So good!
Today for a workout I hit my chest for week 2 of my 5/3/1 training protocol.
My training weight is up to 250 so my numbers looked like such

Great workout, solid pump and sweat. This entire workout took me from 9:32 AM to 10:45 AM which isn’t bad.
